the staff was very helpful. i received a complimentary breakfast (a nice surprise). the location was convenient, near bus stops for easy access to the city center (it saved me a lot on taxis).
the car park was closed, with a sign saying it was full. this meant i had to leave my car on the road in what seemed like a deprived area. the shower was not clean, and there was filth all around the toilet.

the apartment was spacious for three of us. off road parking was available, and plenty of street parking was there, if needed.
the hotel was tired and could use a good repaint. the bottom sheet did not fit the mattress properly, and this particularly put me off sleeping in it.

friendly welcomegood explanation
the welcome was friendly and included a good explanation of the facilities. i was shown to my room rather than just directed so i knew where i was going.
the curtains were thin and let a lot of light in from sunrise so bringing a sleep mask is useful

The staff was helpful. I was offered a free breakfast . The room was bright. The bed was comfortable. Food places are located nearby.
The room was dirty. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned. Walls are thin. Any noise travels and sounds near the door.

The staff was very friendly. They upgraded our room, a good surprise. Breakfast was included and quite tasty. I enjoyed the pool room downstairs. It was an unexpected bonus.
The curtains were a little thin, so the room got quite bright early in the morning.

The staff were cute and helpful. They provided a comprehensive tour of the hotel upon arrival. I found them to be attentive and eager to assist with any questions or requests I had. WOW!!!
